ACTIVITY 1: 
Look at the painting created by Ángeles Santos, a Spanish artist who developed her work during the 20th century and was part of the Surrealist movement.  

Do the following activities (in pairs) 

1. Use the Present Continuous to make questions and affirmative and negative sentences about the characters of the painting. Use the clues below.  
2. Make sentences and questions on your own to describe the actions in the painting using the Present Continuous.
