She focused her politics on recovering the trade through the Red Sea and expanding her territories of Syria, getting to Anatolia through the North, and Egypt through the South. She faced roman emperor Aurelian for not recognizing the authority of Rome over Palmyra. At last, she fell trying to cross the Euphrates.
