Activity introduced with a practical case study using a mobile phone.
- To appreciate the importance of using Global Positioning Systems (GPS) in different actions, many of which are everyday.
Students will be given the coordinates of a point in the playground or another place in the school where, on arrival, they will find a QR code (to be found in the observations and in the answer) or a poster with information about GPS (to be found in the answer).
This activity can be used as an introduction to programming with Arduino, as it uses coordinate systems to indicate position and commands to the robot.
